Refund policy

To return an item, please email us at classicbfdi@gmail.com with the following details:

• Your order number, receipt/ proof of purchase.
• The name on the order.
• The email address associated with the order.
• Your request.

Returns should only be sent back following confirmation.

Important Notes:

• Customers are responsible for the safe return of items, including the cost of return shipping.
• Returns sent without prior email approval will not be accepted.
• We strongly recommend using a tracked service for returns, as we cannot expedite or track returned packages.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and inbound shipping costs will not be covered.

 Returned items must meet the following conditions:

• Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
• Tags still attached.

Store credits are issued on any rework/ made to order items. Exchanges may be accommodated on a case-by-case basis. If you would like to exchange for a different size or item, please include this request in your email. We will do our best to fulfill your request based on availability.
