Shipping policy

All international taxes, customs, and import duties will be billed to the recipient by the courier when the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and must be paid in full.

We do not assume responsibility for these costs and cannot provide compensation to cover them.

If the recipient refuses to pay the taxes, customs, or import duties, the parcel will be abandoned, and no store credit or refund will be issued.
